Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠ Important: CodeVerse is a digital-only product. All content is delivered as online reading access. There is no physical product, no shipping, and no delivery involved.
1. Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are digital content (online book reading access) that is delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final.
Exception — Technical Access Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content (e.g., payment was deducted but access was not granted), you may contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.
- We will first attempt to resolve the technical issue and restore your access.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued at our sole discretion.
Refund Mode
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to read due to personal device or internet issues
- Content does not meet personal expectations
- Duplicate purchase of the same tier (the system prevents this, but if it occurs, contact us)
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel the payment process at any time before completing the payment in the Razorpay payment window. No charges will be made.
- Once a payment is successfully completed, the digital content access is granted immediately. Therefore, cancellation after payment is not possible.
- There is no subscription to cancel — all purchases are one-time payments with unlimited validity.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Not Applicable. CodeVerse is a 100% digital product. All content is read online through the website. There is:
- No physical product
- No shipping or delivery
- No Cash on Delivery (COD) — since it is a digital product
Upon successful payment, your reading access is activated instantly and is linked to your Google account.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address (Google account)
- Razorpay Payment / Order ID (from your payment confirmation)
- Description of the technical issue
We aim to respond within 48 hours.
