By accessing and using CodeVerse ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

CodeVerse is a digital reading platform offering interactive, illustrated books on programming and technology. All content is delivered digitally and is intended to be read online through the Website. There is no physical product, no shipping, and no delivery involved.

3. Account & Authentication

• Users must sign in via Google OAuth to access content beyond the free chapters.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Each purchase is tied to your Google account and cannot be transferred.

4. Products & Pricing

• Books 1 & 2 (Code Quest, Code Craft) — Free online reading
• Book 3 (Web Voyage) — ₹49 one-time payment, unlimited reading access
• Book 4 (AI Odyssey) — ₹99 one-time payment, unlimited reading access
• Book 5 (System Architect) — ₹99 one-time payment, unlimited reading access
• Book 6 (Master's Path) — ₹99 one-time payment, unlimited reading access
• Complete Library Bundle (Books 3-6) — ₹230 one-time payment, unlimited reading access to all 4 premium books

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may be revised; any change will not affect existing purchases.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway.
• Upon successful payment, access is granted immediately and permanently to your Google account.
• We do not store your payment card or banking details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, illustrations, code examples, and design — is the intellectual property of Syed Mahfuzul Mazid. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

• You may not share, redistribute, or make available your purchased access to others.
• Automated scraping, downloading, or copying of content is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to circumvent the paywall or authentication system is a violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability. Syed Mahfuzul Mazid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sivasagar, Assam.
